Copies of the approved minutes from past Annual General Meetings and National Executive Committee Meetings are now available to download from this site. These go back to 2005 when the Club became a limited company. Minutes are normally approved at the next meeting held so in the case of AGM minutes these are approved about a year after the meeting was held. NEC minutes will normally be approved about 6 months after the meeting was held. In future meeting minutes will be made available to doownload shortly after they have been approved.
We have also added, to the Download section, an updated version of the Club Handbook that was distributed to members in 2006. This includes information about the history of the club, how the spares service works, the club's objectives and rules as well as the conditions for the sale of parts and our data protection policy.
